− Build, operate and continuously improve AWS based data pipelines and analytics solutions
− Design and optimize ETL processes for scalable data processing
− Develop, train and operationalize machine learning models end to end
− Translate business questions into data products, analyses and models
− Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data owners and architects
− Ensure high code quality, automation and reliability in a DevOps environment
− Contribute to initiatives with clear business impact, from idea to production

What you bring
− Strong experience with Python, SQL
− Solid knowledge of AWS analytics services (e.g. Glue, SageMaker, Athena, Lambda, lake formation)
− Background in Big Data and software engineering (Scala or Java is a plus)
− General Devops knowledge (Kubernetes, GitHub & GitHub actions)
− Agile devops mindset, strong problem solving skills and a pragmatic, impact driven approach
− Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non technical audiences
Nice to have
− Experience in logistics, mobility, supply chain or geo analytics
− Know-how in apache Spark and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g. scikit learn, TensorFlow, Spark ML)
− Interest in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and modern data platforms
Education
− University/technical college degree in computer science or comparable.

− English oral and written
− Optional: German oral (and written)
