Function Description / Professional Tasks

What you can do:
− In this challenging role in the field of IT/technology, you will act as the interface between business and IT in the SaaS environment.
− You can expect a wide range of tasks in the new personnel and resource planning tool (PPE), which is used throughout Switzerland and has replaced the previous personnel and resource planning tool system (PES).
− You are already familiar with IT service management, accessing SaaS environments/applications, and the associated cost control issues (monitoring, budget planning).
− 
You implement service/operation management processes and ensure stable service operations.
− Your area of responsibility includes incident/release/change/environment and stakeholder management.
− 
With your holistic approach, you quickly recognize overall contexts and, thanks to your experience, can drive forward sustainable IT solutions.
− 
 As a member of a business-oriented cluster in the areas related to our post branches and self-service offerings, you will support and work on projects, initiatives, and services from requirements definition and implementation to operation.

Personal Skills and Education

What you bring:
− You already have in-depth experience in the SaaS environment and are confident and professional in this field.
− You are characterized by an independent, goal-oriented, and conscientious approach to work, combined with quick comprehension.
− You have a strong service mentality and set high standards for yourself.
− Thanks to your ability to communicate effectively with your peers and your positive and engaging manner, you are able to take on responsibility for multiple IT services in a complex landscape. 
− Very good English skills are required to ensure communication with the business and SaaS partners.

Education
− University/technical college degree in computer science or commercial or technical education.

Language Skills
− English oral and written
− Optional: German oral (and written)

Additional Comments

− Willingness to travel
− Hybrid Model: One day a week @office (mandatory)
