Function Description / Professional Tasks
We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and optimizing the technology that powers our global parcel and mail services. By ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of our systems, you’ll directly contribute to a seamless customer experience across millions of deliveries.

What You’ll Do
− Build, operate, and maintain reliable, scalable systems in a 24/7 production environment
− Act as a Cloud Champion, leading cloud-related initiatives and advocating for best practices
− Design, implement, and support cloud-native architectures with a strong focus on stability and resilience
− Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption to improve efficiency and reliability
− Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to embed reliability into every stage of the delivery lifecycle
− Contribute to shaping an agile, collaborative team culture and foster continuous improvement
Personal Skills and Education
What You Bring:
− Strong hands-on experience with AWS, microservices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
− Solid expertise with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools (GitHub CI/CD, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube)
− Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD
− Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
− Experience working with Jira and Confluence for project and documentation management
− Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
− Good command of English (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Have

− Programming knowledge in .NET and Angular
− Experience with Kafka for event streaming

Education
− Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Language skills
− Fluent English, second language (German, French, Italian) is an advantage
Additional Comments
− Willingness to travel.
− Hybrid Model: One day a week @office (mandatory).
