As a Windows Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our teams, optimizing our Windows client environment, and driving the transition to modern workplace solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with support, workplace, and engineering teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and future-proof systems.
What you can do
− Support 1st / 2nd level customer support and the Workplace Solution Team with in-depth analysis when needed.
− Apply your technical expertise in Windows to localize, narrow down, and resolve complex incidents.
− Use your Windows know-how to help the engineering team optimize client deployment and support the transition to Intune.
− Share responsibility for operational management, documentation, lifecycle and change management, and contribute to the implementation of new operating systems or features.
− Develop automation tools in PowerShell or higher-level programming languages to improve client installation, monitoring, and efficiency.
− Actively participate in IT projects and the continuous development of the team, including test case creation, continuous improvement, and quality processes.
