We are looking for you to join our new team, which provides services for the Swiss Post operating organization. Would you like to work with us to further develop and optimize the automation of mail packaging and distribution? Do you want to join us on our journey to a modern workplace? On the one hand, we want to optimize the provision of installation packages with you and improve the post-processing and quality of software distribution. Your tasks will range from designing and creating automatic installation packages to distributing them. You will also ensure the support of the IT infrastructure in the Lisbon branch. As a contact person, you will help to solve Windows client problems on site, be it with the provision of clients or other technical problems.
Description of the main tasks
− You are responsible for creating automated software installations and for the smooth distribution of applications. You will work virtually with a product team from Switzerland.
− You will provide 2 & 3 level support for problems relating to package installations and their uninstallation for the Windows client.
− In the event of customer inquiries, you will support customers in the introduction of new applications in the change process, as well as advising on the creation of software packages.
− You help in planned services (on-call, PointOfContact (POC)) with software rollouts and post-processing, thereby helping to keep the quality of distribution high.
− With your scripting skills, you can improve and automate software packaging and distribution as well as post-processing.
− You are the single point of contact for user or infrastructure problems on site in the areas of PCs and workplace applications and are in close contact with the support teams in Switzerland.
