Function Description / Professional Tasks

With over a million active app users, PostFinance operates one of the largest mobile banking apps in Switzerland. Digital customer satisfaction is our top priority. For this, we seek doers like you, who are always one step ahead of their time! Become part of our Scrum team in Lisbon and take ownership of new and existing features. With your technical knowledge and experience with simulated backends, you will help shape the architecture and interfaces of the PostFinance app of tomorrow.

Description of the main tasks
− You analyse, specify, model, and validate complex business and technical requirements for our PostFinance app.
− You bring a professional perspective on data, processes, and functionalities and can translate them into technical concepts/designs.
− Together with our agile team in Lisbon and Switzerland, you take responsibility for our PostFinance app and accompany your specified solutions through implementation cycles to successful launch and beyond.
− With your independent working style and communicative nature, you contribute across departments and in interdisciplinary teams within our organization.

Personal Skills and Education

Professional experience/expertise
− You possess technological and analytical skills, think in a networked and solution-oriented away, and have an eye for the big picture.
− With your IT affinity and high initiative, you can quickly familiarize yourself with complex systems, understand relationships, and design interfaces.
− You have experience in reading and defining service interfaces with YAML/OAS3 and are familiar with GIT and Gitflow.
− You are familiar with agile product and software development methods and tools and have successfully used them.

Social skills and characteristics
− Committed, initiative personality
− Used to work in an agile team

Education
− Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Language skills
− Excellent oral and written German and English skills are required for the position (both mandatory).

Additional Comments

− Willingness to travel.
− Hybrid Model: 2 days a week @office (mandatory).
