On the one hand, as an M365 and SharePoint Support Technician, you are the central hub when it comes to the operation and further development of our M365 / SharePoint environments. On the other hand, you ensure IT infrastructure support in the Lisbon branch and are the single point of contact (SPOC) for on-site support in the areas of PCs, printers, network (LAN/WLAN) and workplace applications. You are characterized by reliability because your customers count on you.
Description of the main tasks
On the one hand, as an M365 and SharePoint Support Technician, you are the central hub when it comes to the operation and further development of our M365 / SharePoint environments. On the other hand, you ensure IT infrastructure support in the Lisbon branch and are the single point of contact (SPOC) for on-site support in the areas of PCs, printers, network (LAN/WLAN) and workplace applications. Description of the main tasks
- You will provide technical support for employees with questions or problems relating to the IT infrastructure.
- You will analyze and resolve user or infrastructure problems on site in the areas of PCs, printers, network (LAN/WLAN) and workplace applications and will be in close contact with the support teams in Switzerland.
- You are also responsible for the operation and further development of the M365 infrastructure and services and work virtually in a product team in Switzerland.
- You will develop and implement M365 platform services as the basis for Swiss Post's digital workplace.
- You provide support for M365 services including Exchange Online/on-Prem, Teams and the SharePoint Online/on-Prem environment.
- As part of the M365 Product Team, you will be actively involved in the incident, change, release and lifecycle management of the platforms.
