Description of the main tasks
− Development of new functions in ServiceNOW in close cooperation with the business applications as part of the digitalization of business processes in an agile environment
− Further development of applications in JavaScript technology as well as with Angular
− Creation of workflows and advanced customizations (business rules, UI macros, reports, etc.)
− Coordination between the infrastructure, internal departments and external partners
− Development and operation of cross-departmental applications and interfaces (finance, billing, process and CRM systems)
− Integration into the company-wide, cross-organizational system landscape as well as analysis and implementation of interfaces to the core and peripheral systems (e.g. APIs, databases, etc.)
− Planning of release and change management for these applications
− Life cycle management for the entire platforms
− Responsible for planning and implementation of releases and test management
− Continuous training in the ServiceNow product
− Advice and support for users and specialists
− Willingness to work regular on-call duty to ensure 24/7 availability of services
